Common questions about rates
How much does a week cost?
In peak summer a seven-night stay generally lands between $3,400 and $4,300 before cleaning and taxes. In September or October the same week runs closer to $1,300 to $2,400. January and February are the least expensive months of the year. Call Patty at 678-850-4091 and she will quote your exact dates in about a minute.
Why are exact rates not posted for every date?
Because we adjust them. A slow week gets priced differently than a week with three inquiries. Posting a fixed calendar would mean either overcharging you when demand is soft or having a stale number on the page. Calling gets you the real answer for your dates, and Patty can usually work with you on shoulder-season pricing.
What is the minimum stay?
Two nights, year-round.
What is the cheapest time to come?
January and February. The Gulf is too cold to swim in, but the beach is genuinely empty and the rate is a fraction of July. If you want warm water at a lower price, look at early May or the first half of October.
