The beach is right outside the door
Being on the ground floor means the connection to the beach is physical, not visual. You are at eye level with the dunes. You can hear the waves from inside. Step out the back door, down our private walkover, and you are on the sand — about thirty feet from door to beach. The walkover belongs to the building and is used only by the nine units here.
Important notes before you book
- Maximum 4 guests — the condo is not designed for larger groups
- One parking space — one vehicle per unit, HOA enforced. Two-car families need to plan for street parking.
- No golf cart parking — the lot cannot accommodate golf carts
- No elevator — ground floor, you will not need one
- Pets — contact Patty to discuss before booking
