The fee math is simple
Platform service fees are typically 10–15% of the total booking. On a week-long stay, that is often several hundred dollars going to a company that had nothing to do with building or maintaining the condo. When you book direct, that fee disappears. Same condo, same dates, less cost.

Our cancellation policy
Cancel early and we refund your money. Cancel close to arrival and we try to rebook. If we rebook for $800 and you paid $1,000, we refund $800. It is run by a real person using judgment, not an automated system.
